Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is expanding its retail team and seeking motivated Sales Consultants to help customers choose premium mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. The role emphasizes a relaxed, educational shopping experience with a focus on customer needs and high energy teamwork.

Qualified candidates will potentially work 40–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for commission and bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail mattress sales preferred.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with tablets, POS systems and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH system to guide customers.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintaining showroom standards.
• Contribute to a teamwork-oriented environment and meet sales goals.
• Utilize technology to enhance customer experience and product knowledge.
