Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will work in-store, engaging with customers with a high-energy, team-oriented approach.

We offer a compensation package featuring hourly pay or commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) match. Expect 40–55 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn product diagnostics and use selling process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to find the right mattress using our bedMATCH system.
• Sell premium mattress/bedding products through a proven selling process.
• Provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience to improve sleep quality.
• Utilize tablets and POS to process sales and payments.
