Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team. You will sell premium mattress products using our bedMatch diagnostic system and provide a friendly, low-pressure shopping experience to customers.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual with English plus Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattress and bedding products using the bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, informative shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles and maintain showroom floor.
• Utilize tablets and POS to complete transactions and capture sales.
