Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is expanding its team of Retail Sales Consultants, delivering high-quality service to customers across our stores. You will leverage the bedMatch diagnostic system to guide customers to the right mattress and manage in-store demonstrations and transactions.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience with POS tablets and a team-oriented environment is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattresses.
• Provide relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Use tablets and POS systems including bedMatch diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses and bedding products using the bedMatch system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles when needed.
• Engage customers with a low-pressure, informative shopping approach.
• Utilize tablets and POS to complete transactions and capture customer data.
