Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Experience selling premium mattress/bedding products and using the bedMATCH system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Guide customers to a comfortable, low-pressure shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their sleep needs and provide recommendations based on measurements.
