Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois required.
• Graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Provide pre-attending care and comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Perform routine nursing duties including phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Interpret test results and document interventions in the medical record.
• Coordinate care with other departments and specialists.
• Triage calls and manage urgent medical situations per protocols.
• Serve as a resource for staff and physicians for problem solving.
• Initiate and coordinate patient education and community outreach.
