Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Professional Nurse licensure in Illinois.
• AHA Basic Life Support CPR certification.
• Experience within past five years or new grad within past two years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document in the medical record.
• Carry out routine nursing duties including phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Provide patient education and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Triage calls and manage urgent situations per protocols.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate patient care.
