North American Dental Sleep Management LLC (NADSM) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Frontier Sleep & Wellness in Cedar Park, TX. This on-site, full-time role requires leading daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and process improvements to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will drive operational efficiency, monitor KPIs, and partner with NADSM leadership to support rapid growth across our sleep medicine practice network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of patient scheduling, staff management, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Frontier Sleep & Wellness operations to ensure patient-centered care.
• Develop and optimize workflows to support growth and scalability.
• Monitor schedules, capacity, and clinic flow to maximize efficiency.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, and performance development.
• Produce regular operational dashboards and reports.
