Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Sleep Medicine RN to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care under established protocols. Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in North Dakota or a compact state.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collects identification and payor related documentation, conducts patient registration, and performs point of service collection.
• Measures and collects patient data (temp, pulse, SpO2, respirations, BP, height/weight); pediatric length and head circumference; hearing and vision screenings; communicates data to patient.
• Documents all data accurately into the patient medical record.
• Documents patient reason for visit, allergies, health history, and current medications for review by provider.
• Prepares patients for examinations and procedures; assists provider with patient care.
• Organizes, schedules, completes, and communicates referrals to patients.
