Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform skilled assessments, procedures, and patient care plans within an interdisciplinary team focused on optimal outcomes.

The role requires an ADN, ND RN license, BLS, and PALS within 90 days; a BSN is preferred. A $25,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation support are available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Registered Nurse in North Dakota (ND) upon hire, with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and care partners.
• Provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Educates patients and families on condition, medications, and self-care skills.
• Adheres to standards of care and regulatory guidelines to assure quality outcomes.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to resolve patient needs.
