Job summary

BetterNight is expanding its sleep market leadership with a Market Manager role covering Houston and Southern Louisiana. This is a high-growth, hunter role designed to build enterprise-level partnerships with sleep providers and payer sources.

You will develop big accounts, close CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities, and lead the territory as a standalone business, supported by a national sleep company. Compensation features a base salary plus uncapped commission with aggressive accelerators and

Qualifications

• Proven sleep industry seller with enterprise-level partnerships.
• Ability to own and grow a territory like a business.
• Experience closing large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.
• Strong field presence and executive communication.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and provider events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers.
• Own and develop your territory like a business.
• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.
• Drive growth through operational excellence and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory.
• Lead business reviews with provider partners.
• Partner with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth.
• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events.
