Job summary

BetterNight is seeking a Market Manager for the Arizona and Nevada region to lead premier sleep program partnerships and drive growth. This is a pure hunting role focused on landing large, long-term accounts and building a scalable market with strong payer alignment.

You will develop relationships with high-volume referring providers, own your territory like a business, and lead reviews with provider partners while representing BetterNight at industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven sleep industry sellers with potential for enterprise-level partnerships.
• Experience selling to high-volume referring providers or physician groups.
• Ability to build and scale markets with strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers.

• Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.
