Job summary

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Sleep Lab Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care with a daytime-focused schedule and occasional night shifts.

You will collaborate with Medical Director, Sleep Specialists and EEG staff, oversee equipment care, QA initiatives and stay current with sleep research while aligning policies with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Four years of experience in clinical healthcare.
• Credentials such as RPSGT/RST/RRT-SDS/REEGT preferred or eligible within two years.

Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations and infection control standards to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Sleep Specialists and EEG staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate routine equipment care, maintenance and inventory evaluation.
• Provide education to patients, community members and technical staff.
• Develop and monitor Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
