You will collaborate with the Medical Director, Neurology, Sleep Specialists, and technicians to oversee equipment, education, and QA initiatives, while aligning with AASM and Joint Commission standards. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Four years of experience in clinical healthcare.
• Credentials: RPSGT, RST, or RRT-SDS or eligible within two years.
• Ability to supervise sleep technicians and EEG technologists.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and staff to maintain patient care.
• Educate patients and staff.
• Oversee equipment care, maintenance, and inventory.
• Develop QA and performance improvement initiatives.
