Job summary

Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma is seeking a Sleep Lab Clinic Coordinator to oversee daily operations of the Sleep Medicine clinic. You will register patients, schedule tests, handle billing, and manage medical records under the Sleep Lab Manager's direction.

The role supports diagnostic sleep studies and acts as a liaison among patients, providers, and external entities, ensuring smooth, accurate clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Customer service background with excellent phone etiquette.
• Medical office and billing experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Two years of college in health sciences or current student preferable.
• Five years of polysomnography experience.
• Supervisor/management experience preferred.
• Preference for RPSGT, C-PSGT, CRT-SDS, or RRT-SDS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments for the Sleep Lab.
• Process billing and manage medical records for the clinic.
• Support diagnostic sleep studies and related tests.
• Serve as liaison between patients, clinicians, and outside entities.
• Assist with clinical and technical tasks for sleep disorders evaluation.
