Job summary

Dreem Health, part of Sunrise, is recruiting a Patient Care Coordinator to shape the patient journey from intake to care delivery. You'll support clinicians, answer inquiries, and own key aspects of service delivery in a fast-growing digital sleep clinic.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate a tech-enabled care environment, and help build an operational foundation that scales as engagement grows. We value empathy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient/customer facing roles and healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR or healthcare databases.
• Ability to navigate digital tools, multitask, and stay organized.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with healthcare providers and partners.
• Basic understanding of billing processes and DME.

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of our service delivery from intake to care delivery.
• Drive improvements based on real patient feedback.
• Support clinicians and answer patient inquiries to ensure smooth care journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a tech-enabled care environment.
