Job summary

Sunrise Group, through Dreem Health, is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator in the United States. You will guide the patient experience from start to finish, support clinicians, and help streamline care delivery in a digital sleep clinic environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to improve access, efficiency, and patient outcomes while navigating EMR systems, enrollment, and billing basics in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient or customer-facing roles within healthcare.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR or healthcare databases.
• Comfort with digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with clinicians.
• Basic understanding of billing processes and DME.

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of patient care delivery from intake to follow-up.
• Support providers, answer inquiries, and drive service improvements.
