Qualifications

• Experience in patient/customer facing role
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR or healthcare databases
• Ability to navigate digital tools and multitask in a dynamic environment
• Autonomous work while coordinating with providers and partners
• Foundational understanding of billing processes and DME

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of service delivery from start to finish.
• Drive improvements based on patient feedback.
• Support healthcare providers and answer patient inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a tech-enabled care environment.
• Help build scalable, accessible sleep health care.
