Job summary

Sunrise’s Dreem Health unit is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to guide patients through the care journey in a digital sleep clinic. You’ll work with healthcare providers, manage inquiries, and leverage EMR systems to ensure accurate, timely care.

This role demands empathy, multitasking, and strong collaboration across partners. You’ll contribute to scalable care delivery, support billing workflows, and help enhance patient access and outcomes while growing with a mission-driven,

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient/customer facing role.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR or other healthcare database systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with healthcare providers and external partners.
• Foundational understanding of billing processes and DME.

Responsibilities

• Shape the patient experience from start to finish.
• Support healthcare providers and answer patient inquiries.
• Drive improvements based on real patient feedback.
• Help build the operational foundation for a fast-growing digital sleep clinic.
• Navigate a tech-enabled care environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
