• Elevate the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Execute selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and place the customer at the center.
• Cultivate relationships, provide product knowledge, and serve as the subject matter expert for customers.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships post-purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders).
• Monitor competition and offerings, and leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Assist with product handling and be able to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
