Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support omnichannel experience.
• Build relationships and maintain customer contacts post-purchase (delivery reminders, issue resolution).
• Provide technical and product information to customers and act as subject matter expert.
