Job summary

Mattress Firm is looking for a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority and offer best-in-class products. You will help create an engaging, customer-centered environment and support Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools.

You will build strong relationships, share product expertise, and drive sales performance while aligning with company values. The role includes omnichannel support, competitive awareness, and opportunities to leverage social media

Qualifications

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Experts will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of pay range of $43,000-$54,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
