Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to help customers find the right mattress and achieve better sleep. You’ll work in-store and benefit from uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match, with on-the-job training and development programs.

As a Sleep Expert, you’ll provide product knowledge, cultivate relationships, and drive sales while representing the Mattress Firm brand. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork within our inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Mattress Firm products.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while representing the brand.
• Maintain post-purchase relationships and resolve issues as needed (delivery reminders, etc.).
• Monitor competitors' ads and services to stay competitive.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.

Job Details

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $42,000 to $52,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
