Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a sales-focused teammate to elevate the in-store customer experience as a trusted sleep authority. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and create an engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.

You will drive individual sales performance and KPIs, maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, and monitor competitor advertising. You will also leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and sales.
