Responsibilities

• Create an in-store environment where the customer is the center by building strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while reflecting company values and initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with customers before and after purchase (delivery reminders, issue resolution).
• Monitor competitor ads and services to stay aware of market offerings.
• Leverage social media to enhance brand awareness and boost sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
