Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred; furniture sales experience a plus but not required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive, hands-on sales training by understanding sleep needs and conditions.
• Offer personalized recommendations by educating customers on Ashley’s sleep products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with integrity and care.
• Create a welcoming, engaging in-store environment.
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Partner with visual and operations teams for a well-presented showroom.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up.
