Job summary

United Furniture is seeking a Sleep Coach to help customers find better sleep through expert product guidance and personalized recommendations. You will be trained in sleep technologies, mattress fittings, and customer service to create an engaging in-store experience.

This role emphasizes relationship building, meeting sales goals, and teamwork with the store staff. A passion for helping customers sleep better and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or leadership experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, hands-on training program focused on sleep needs and products.
• Educate customers on full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and lifestyle.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and professionalism.
• Create a welcoming in-store environment and meet sales goals as a team.
• Partner with visuals and operations to maintain a clean, inviting showroom.
• Support post-sale follow-up and resolve customer concerns with care.
