Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 in San Jose, CA to deliver an exceptional guest experience by following the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model. The role emphasizes achieving Sales Per Hour targets and company KPIs while ensuring high guest satisfaction, with responsibilities extending to showroom merchandising and inventory accuracy.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of retail experience; Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. One year of retail experience preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Analyze daily sales results and collaborate with leadership on behavioral expectations.
Maintain showroom merchandising, labeling, and adherence to the style guide.
Ensure inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
Assist with furniture assembly and showroom preparation as needed.
