Responsibilities include preserving showroom merchandising standards, assisting with assembly, using company systems for sales and inventory, and contributing to a positive, guest‑focused store culture that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and company KPIs with high guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
• Promote a positive guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and complete Sales Merchandising Fundamentals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive SPH and KPI achievement while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction as measured by surveys.
