Corewell Health Sleep Center in Michigan is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations across three sites—Southfield, St. Clair Shores, and Macomb—supporting seven providers and a 13-person direct-report team.

• Three (3) years of relevant healthcare, medical practice or related work experience.
• One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three sleep center locations.
• Train team members and liaison between providers and director in daily operations.
• Manage charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and staffing.
• Oversee patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner.
• Drive employee engagement and uphold quality of care and service standards.
