You will partner with the Office of Admissions and other units to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines data management skills with experience in Slate, training, and cross‑team collaboration to drive enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Slate workflows, forms, queries, rules, communications, and related system functionality.
• Analyses business processes and operational requirements to identify automation, efficiency, and process improvements in Slate.
• Maintains data integrity, supports day-to-day operations of the undergraduate Slate system, and trains new users.
• Works with Admissions staff and campus stakeholders to improve application processing and recruitment effectiveness.
• Serves as liaison and Slate support for talent-based admissions programs and populations (e.g., Music, Dance, Theatre, Studio Art, Film).
• Participates in special events hosted by the Office of Admissions.
