Job summary

Georgia Tech is seeking an Enterprise Systems Analyst II to support the Slate enrollment system for graduate programs. You will configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize back-end Slate workflows and integrations across campus.

You will collaborate with program staff, IT partners, and vendors to translate needs into technical solutions, ensuring reliable, scalable enrollment processes for on-campus and online programs. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two to three years of job related experience.
Occasional travel between training locations required.
Experience with Technolutions Slate, configuring and troubleshooting workflows.
Experience with data integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

Field incoming problem tickets and provide Tier 1/2 application support.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Slate back-end workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with program staff and IT partners to translate needs into technical solutions.
Develop, deliver, and maintain training for software applications and tools.
Maintain documentation of problems, decisions, and actions taken.
Perform preventative maintenance and software updates as directed.
Support testing of new and existing software applications under consideration for purchase.
Perform other duties as assigned.
