Job summary

University of Washington is seeking an Academic CRM Platform Manager to lead the centrally managed Slate CRM environment supporting admissions and enrollment across the tri-campus community. The role translates governance decisions into actionable platform work, coordinates intake and prioritization, and partners with enterprise governance and the technical team to rollout vendor features.

The PM engages with SETS, UW-IT, and leadership while ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in informatics or related field
• 4+ years in program or product management in higher education IT or enrollment tech
• Experience owning a platform with roadmap, backlog, and release planning
• Ability translate governance priorities into actionable direction for a delivery team
• Experience managing a shared platform serving multiple customer groups
• Strong written and oral communication and project coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary platform and partner-facing lead for Slate CRM environment
• Manage governance outcomes and convert decisions into service team commitments
• Develop intake process for partner units and triage requests
• Coordinate with service managers and engineers on day-to-day delivery
• Lead onboarding projects for new institutional customers
• Provide 3rd-tier support and coordinate with vendor representatives
• Develop and maintain platform standards and SLA frameworks
