Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain undergraduate Slate configurations, portals, forms, applications, data, and permissions.
• Develop and test custom applications and integrations using Slate and supported technologies (SQL, JavaScript, HTML).
• Support CRM communications, campaigns, audience selections, business rules, and production troubleshooting.
• Resolve stakeholder requests and provide end-user assistance.
• Develop and maintain technical process documentation and development library.
• Collaborate with the Slate development team and participate in code reviews.
