Construction Resources in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Slab Gallery Associate to assist the Slab Gallery Manager in daily operations and ensure a safe, organized showroom with accurate inventory. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while coordinating with homeowners, designers, builders, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail, showroom, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day gallery operations to keep a clean, organized showroom.
• Help ensure slabs are displayed, labeled, and accessible for viewing.
• Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards reflecting the brand.
• Monitor gallery traffic and staffing to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory management, deliveries, and placement in the gallery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Promote safety and compliance with OSHA regulations and company procedures.
