You will engage with homeowners, designers, and contractors, applying product knowledge to guide slab selections and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail, showroom, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day gallery operations to maintain a clean, organized showroom.
• Help ensure all slabs are properly displayed, labeled, and accessible for viewing.
• Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising standards reflecting the brand.
• Monitor gallery traffic and staffing to provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate safe operation of overhead cranes, forklift, and material-handling equipment.
