Job summary

Dividend is seeking a Skip Tracing Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to support collections activities with extensive skip tracing on priority accounts. The role collaborates with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate customer contact and remediation of issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in collections or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of Collections and Customer Service experience required.
• Experience with skip tracing preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls to late-stage delinquent customers to reduce delinquency and losses.
• Handle inbound calls/emails/texts related to delinquency, hardship, complaints, or loan issues.
• Coordinate changes with third-party servicers as needed.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate and contact delinquent customers.
• Document all customer interactions with clear account notes and follow policies.
