Dermalogica seeks a Business Consultant to cultivate existing business, drive sales expansion, and uphold exceptional customer service within Arizona. You will educate clients on the value of Dermalogica, oversee account development, and travel regionally to visit accounts daily.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, education support, and achieving quarterly sales targets while representing a leading skincare brand in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum of two years of field sales experience, ideally in beauty or prestige consumer goods.
• Experience servicing salons, spas, physician’s offices, and the sole proprietor customer base.
• Client building experience required.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develops Dermalogica sales through effective execution of a sales call plan and events within accounts.
• Grows qualified accounts within the territory by demonstrating Dermalogica value and education support.
• Service existing accounts with a trusting relationship and regular visits.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new account openings and sales goals.
• Prospect actively to generate leads and open Dermalogica accounts in the area.
