Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; business/life sciences preferred.
• 3–5+ years direct field sales experience managing 40–50+ accounts.
• Dermatology/skin care or cosmetic sales experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products within a defined geography through multiple channels.
• Lead product promotion through field programs and promotional items.
• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to grow demand.
• Develop physician training programs to enhance in-house services.
• Host education sessions to establish credibility with key accounts.
• Establish relationships with territory providers and accounts.
• Participate in company sales meetings and district calls.
