Job summary

Obagi Cosmeceuticals in Phoenix is seeking a charismatic field sales consultant to join our growing team. You will promote and sell products to current and new customers across multiple channels, driving product promotion and expanding market reach.

This role requires 3–5+ years of B2B field sales, a bachelor’s degree (Business, Healthcare, or Life Sciences preferred), travel up to 25%, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Healthcare Administration or Life Sciences preferred
• Direct B2B sales experience in dermatology, skin care, aesthetic or beauty fields preferred
• 3–5+ years of direct field sales experience managing 40–50+ accounts within a territory
• Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and relationship management
• Willingness to travel locally up to 25% (overnight as needed)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and new customers within a defined geography through multiple channels
• Drive product promotion through approved programs and marketing initiatives
• Utilize direct selling techniques to expand product demand and sell-through
• Develop and coordinate physician training to enhance in-house services
• Host product and procedure education sessions with key accounts/customers
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with territory team and providers
• Participate in company sales meetings and district/regional calls
