Palm Beach Tan - North Central Tan, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to join our management team and drive sales in a fast-paced skincare environment.

The role emphasizes building profits, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a loyal client base through a commission-driven model and targeted training. MITs undergo comprehensive training to prepare for advancement into management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Two or more years of management experience.
• One or more years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
