Job summary

AbbVie in California seeks a Senior Finance leader for US Skincare to drive forecast models, P&L management, and cross-functional partnership across Marketing, Sales, and Global Operations.

You will own the planning cycles (LBEs, Plan, LRP, ADS, S&OP), lead the Finance team, mentor direct reports, and translate insights into strategic recommendations while ensuring compliance and fiscal discipline. This role offers visibility to senior leadership and broad scope across commercial finance.

Qualifications

• 8 years of combined experience in Commercial Finance, P&L management, revenue forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Leadership skills with the ability to direct effort to achieve results.
• Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate strategic insights into forecasts to drive business decisions.
• Understanding of marketing initiatives, promotions, and market drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Skincare Finance team including managing direct reports, coaching and people development.
• Lead the P&L management as well as Demand and Revenue forecasting process for US Skincare.
• Own and continuously improve driver-based demand and revenue forecasting models across planning cycles.
• Drive US Skincare projects to achieve commercial objectives and financial controls.
• Translate financial insights into clear executive narratives and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align forecasts and ensure data integrity.
