Job summary

AbbVie seeks a senior finance leader to run US Commercial financial planning and reporting for Allergan Aesthetics, overseeing $3bn+ revenue. You will drive plan, LBE, LRP processes, and deliver executive-ready analyses for management decisions.

You will partner with brand finance, co-develop models reflecting market dynamics, and standardize PowerBI reporting across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to proactively search out and evaluate business problems.
• Capable of directing efforts to achieve answers and results.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation aligned with AbbVie policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MBA or CPA/CMA preferred; multi-division experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership for Allergan Aesthetics US Commercial (AA) with oversight of $3bn+ revenue.
• Lead planning processes (Plan, LBE, LRP) and synthesize portfolio stories for reviews.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pricing and resourcing integration.
• Drive SG&A management, headcount and capital in collaboration with brand Finance Directors.
• Develop standardized PowerBI reports with Global CoE and local SMEs.
• Model market dynamics and ensure consistency across brands in templates.
• Oversee reporting: LBEs, PLN, LRP, daily/weekly sales, budgets.
• Support ad hoc analyses for senior management decision making.
• Manage cross-portfolio initiatives and Global functional requirements.
