Job summary

IMAGE Skincare in New York seeks a Manager of Education & Content Strategy to lead the development, execution, and optimization of education programs and content for professional skincare partners, field sales, and internal teams.

You will shape the brand's educational voice and ensure training materials and digital assets elevate product knowledge, treatment excellence, and sales performance, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product Development, and International

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with strong skincare education background.
• Experience developing curricula and digital learning content.
• Ability to translate complex product science into engaging education.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead education strategy supporting U.S. sales priorities and brand initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive training programs for professional accounts and field teams.
• Oversee curriculum, certification programs, and sales education assets.
• Create high-quality education content including presentations, videos, and e-learning.
• Ensure content is scientifically accurate, brand-aligned, and platform-appropriate.
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams to optimize LMS and digital channels.
