Job summary

Topix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Education Manager to lead private label education across Western and Central regions. You will translate brand strategy into practical, in-practice training that drives product adoption and equips regional sales reps for launches and growth.

You will localize Marketing content, ensure training stays within approved guardrails, track impact, and represent Topix at regional events. A background in skincare and strong teaching ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in skincare, aesthetics, or dermatology with education, clinical, or field-training experience.
• Licensed esthetician or clinical/skincare credential strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to teach adult learners and simplify technical content for mixed audiences (clinical staff through front desk).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, in person and virtual.
• Skilled at organizing, prioritizing and managing multiple projects.
• Comfort with heavy travel schedule and independent, region-wide territory management.
• Familiarity with doctor-dispensed or private label channels a plus; CRM/LMS exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

The Regional Education Manager is the education and enablement lead for TOPIX's private label business across the Western/Central regions. The role drives product knowledge, protocol confidence, and sell-through in our doctor-dispensed accounts while equipping regional sales reps to launch, position, and grow the portfolio. It's the connective tissue between Marketing's centrally built education content and what actually happens in the field — translating brand and NPD strategy into practical, in-practice training that moves product adoption.

What you'll do

• Deliver in-practice and virtual training to account staff (providers, aestheticians, front desk) on the private label portfolio — product knowledge, ingredient and protocol basics.
• Support new account onboarding and brand launches.
• Serve as the region's go-to resource for account education questions and refresher needs.
• Train and certify regional sales reps on new product launches, positioning, competitive differentiation, and objection handling.
• Support monthly promotional activity and NPD rollouts with region-specific education and launch readiness.

Content, feedback, and standards

• Localize and deliver Marketing-developed education content; surface field insights and account needs back to Marketing and Sales to shape future materials.
• Ensure all education training stays within approved claims and training guardrails — routing any technical or efficacy content through R&D review and any consumer- or patient-facing language through Marketing review before use.
• Track training completion, engagement, and impact on account activation and sell-through.

Presence

• Represent Topix at regional account events, possible shows and the annual National Sales Meeting.
• Builds strong relationships with all corporate and field partners, to positively influence others

What you'll bring
