Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners in North Dallas, TX, is seeking a Cosmetic Sales & Product Education Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic product sales and patient education initiatives. You will train staff, coach performance, and ensure teams are confident when recommending skincare products and aesthetic treatments.

The role focuses on retail strategy, promotions, vendor partnerships, and delivering a luxury patient experience that supports long-term loyalty and practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa sales.
• Demonstrated success in increasing retail product sales and cosmetic service revenue.
• Experience developing and delivering employee training programs.
• Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare products, injectables, laser treatments, and aesthetic services.
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to analyze sales performance metrics and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase cosmetic product and aesthetic service sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust pricing and promotions.
• Lead staff training on products, regimens, and services.
• Support patient consultations and education to improve outcomes and revenue.
• Coordinate vendor partnerships and promotional programs.
