The INKEY List is seeking a Field Sales & Education Executive based in NYC to champion education and sales across our Sephora and Ulta partners. The role involves regular travel, leading a part-time Sales Support team, and delivering engaging product education in-store and at events.

You’ll build strong retailer relationships, drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent brand messaging across locations. A passion for skincare and education is essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in beauty retail sales, field sales or education.
• Strong understanding of Sephora and Ulta operations and in-store success drivers.
• Proven ability to drive retail sales through relationships, education and execution.
• Confident communication and presentation skills for training and audiences.
• Experience coaching or managing others with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and ability to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Drive retail sales performance across your market and hit regional targets.
• Develop store call cycles, quarterly plans and maximize sales opportunities.
• Deliver engaging product education and in-store training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with Sephora and Ulta leadership and teams.
• Recruit, coach and manage a part-time Sales Support team.
• Lead and execute store visits, events and promotions.
