Job description

The Manager of Education & Content Strategy leads the development, execution, and optimization of education programs and content that support the brand’s professional skincare partners, internal teams, and field sales organization. This role is responsible for shaping the educational voice of the brand, ensuring all training materials, digital learning assets, and content strategies elevate product knowledge, treatment excellence, and sales performance.

This leader partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and International Education to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful learning experiences across all channels.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Build and execute the education strategy supporting U.S. domestic sales priorities, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for professional accounts, field sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of curriculum, treatment protocols, certification programs, and sales-driven education assets.
  • Lead the development of high-quality education content including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, manuals, and digital resources.
  • Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, brand-aligned, and optimized for multiple learning styles and platforms.
  • Partner with creative and digital teams to enhance the user experience across LMS platforms and digital channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to align education content with brand messaging, campaigns, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to ensure timely and accurate education for new product launches.
  • Support Sales leadership with training tools that drive revenue, improve account engagement, and elevate brand expertise.
Training Delivery & Support
  • Facilitate in‑person and virtual trainings for field teams, educators, and key accounts.
  • Support national events, trade shows, and brand activations as an education leader.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to internal educators and subject‑matter experts.
Operational Leadership
  • Manage education calendars, content timelines, and project workflows.
  • Oversee vendor relationships related to content production, LMS, and digital learning tools.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize education programs based on feedback and business needs.
Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed esthetician
  • 7+ years of experience in professional skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, or beauty education.
  • Strong background in curriculum development, content strategy, and digital learning.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional projects and leading content development processes.
  • Ability to translate complex product science into engaging, accessible education.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or esthetics license preferred.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, digital content tools, and presentation software.
Working conditions
  • Full-time, onsite role Monday-Friday with daily collaboration across departments.
  • Fast‑paced environment with frequent deadlines, shifting priorities, and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Occasional travel for trainings, events, and national meetings (up to 10-15%).
  • Occasional evening or weekend work to support product launches, events, or content deadlines.
  • Regular in‑office work for content creation, team meetings, filming sessions, and cross‑functional planning.
Physical requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while developing content, filming, or delivering trainings.
  • Ability to lift up to 20-25 pounds for transporting training materials, product kits, or event supplies.
  • Manual dexterity for handling devices, product demonstrations, and content production tools.
  • Clear vision and focus for reviewing digital content, editing materials, and presenting.
  • Ability to travel domestically, including multi-day trips.
