Boutique Recruiting is seeking a creative Social Content Lead to drive organic and paid content for skincare brands. You will own calendars, produce short-form videos, design visuals, and transform influencer content into paid campaigns, collaborating with brand, creative, regulatory, and agency partners.

You will analyze performance and refine strategy using insights, staying ahead of trends while mentoring creators in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Portfolio of short-form videos and visual assets.
• Independently concept, shoot, and edit high-quality video content from start to finish.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage organic social content calendars across multiple skincare brands, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms
• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant social channels
• Design compelling graphics, static posts, and carousels that align with brand identity
• Repurpose influencer and creator content into paid social assets while developing original concepts for campaigns
• Monitor trends and platform updates to identify opportunities for engaging content
• Collaborate with brand, creative, regulatory, paid media and agency partners to execute cohesive social campaigns
• Analyze content performance and leverage AI tools to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness
