Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• At least one year of customer service experience (preferably in the beauty industry) or one year of experience working with Dermalogica.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of calls, emails, and faxes with accuracy.
• Promote new and reformulated products and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales, education, and finance teams to assist customers.
• Maintain accurate order details, confirm items, quantities, pricing, and stock status.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Provide light administrative support as needed.
